Bill, I look at the charts and smallcap stock volume, it looks like the mother of all smallcap rallies coming up....another dead bear bites the dust....could be that we correct out of the S&P into the secondary market and ADRS as soon as the Asia fear subsides. Lots of really good stock is being accumulated at value prices.
