Frank:
What a day! I spoke with Richard Marshall today, and I too thought that this was a lot of short-covering, but he was of the opinion that there was a lot of buying as well. I personally bought back some that I had sold (at a profit) at the open.
I hope that we do get some news of a concrete variety that can propel this stock to a higher level. As I see it, we will get the first pop (now, as a matter of fact) as the evidence points increasingly to KRY's success in obtaining control of the Las Cristinas, and then another major move when and if a major big brother signs on for part or all of the deal. By then, I hope, we should be in the double digits on this one.
(Off topic): Reviewing tonight's data I note that 1)Merrill Lynch has a bearish chart pattern, often a harbinger of what the main market will do....draw your own conclusions....
2) Natural gas is about to take off, along with the energy sector.
Reminiscent of 1992-93, when natural gas took off, and energy stocks as well, and then gold began to shine again.
I am pleased to see this stock finally making it, for the many patient shareholders out there. It hasn't been easy riding this bronco!!
Regards to all
