One other item is that when restricted shares are issued they are based on share holder equity ... Now that would mean that the shareholder equity would have to be $5.00 because (70 B x 150 = 10,500,00 shares times the shareholder equity of $5.00 = $50,000,000.00) Like I said I do the math on all news releases and I missed this point after I reviewed my posts. Hope you see how I always can tell what a company is worth. Now a shareholder equity of $5.00 x 8 = $40.00. This is my way of doing the actual price of the stock for its maximum potential in share price value. Now for the next 30-60 I would expect this stock to reach at least the $5.00. I hope this clears up how I do projections for the min. of where a stock will go. Happy Trading GB
