I really don't know why I bother....you will understand momentarily.

There is an Author, with a wierd name
that has wandered from my memory
A modern day Burton of sorts
who has roamed about natures envorons.
writting the most interesting of thoughts
He spent a summer in the North
befriended Wolves of many sorts.
A film was made of his adventrures.
Two things I remember of the book and flick
Quafing many a cup of tea
He peed around his hovel
marking his tiny realm
just to let the wolves know
he was in residence.
And having gone through his supplies
he took to eating mice
a trick he learned from his Wolvy friends.

I'm not suggesting either
in your friendship with your wolf
just thought you might be interested
in the book
whose title and author I forget.

hmmmm......its not Matthssen...nor Russell...damn...starts with an M...
