To all--More on the shareholders meeting. A few questions I read on the last 100 posts--Wonderware does not get any royalties from the CDs, all the money goes to Tava, the CDs give Wonderware a marketing advantage over their nearest competitor. IR relations will be dramatically improved. Management is aware that shareholders are unhappy and are making changes to include more press releases. One thing on that subject, they were holding back until the name change came through. The reporting year may be changed very shortly from fiscal to Jan through Dec--not quite sure how that's going to work. The best piece of news out of the meeting was the scope of the problem, as the management said every site tested has work to be done. I've been to four shareholders meetings and this was noticeably different. The room was packed, There may have been reporters there but I didn't know who they were. I was too busy trying to talk to the management after the meeting. They are very concerned about increasing shareholders equity and building the core business to "feed the pipeline after the y2k" work is substantially complete. There was excitement in the room as Jenkins gave his presentation and spoke of the new customers that have recently signed contracts. It came across that our voice has been heard and changes will be made. After talking to management one on one, I have no doubt that they will succeed in a big way. We should have earnings report around Feb 15th as previously stated. Got to get some sleep, more tomorrow. Jan
