I recall the street pushed CPQ from ~$108 to ~$98 per share in the days following the Tandem announcement. After the street's nervousness calmed and the arbitrage players were positioned, the stock rocketed to $125/sh in 9 days and then onward and upward.

I'm not necessarily suggesting the same here. But the street always reacts negatively to significant uncertainty (sell and ask questions later). This is a big acquisition...I have faith in management.
