Sandra, APCO is going to do just fine. The Amigos have it in the long term portfolio for a good reason. It will pay us back very well for holding on. The recent volatility in APCO is upsetting only to the short termers and we plan on holding APCO for a while. The company has a fantastic game plan, an excellent balance sheet and is just starting to receive recognition in the market. I have asked Cary to tone down his enthusiasm because it can be interpreted as hype. Cary's insight into the innerworkings at APCO is very special and can only be appreciatted by value investors.

The entire Amigo Portfolio was slammed today. We'll take it and bounce back. Our new addition, ESV, gapped up at the opening and gave ground in the afternoon. Experienced traders do not buy at opening on Fridays, but we will add ESV to the Amigo portfolio at today's opening price. We were also dissapointed with the performance of PCTH. I'll let Cary or Mike explain why we remain long on PCTH, but let me get to IFLY.

IFLY, SEC filings can be found under IFLI or 800 Travel Services. The IPO for IFLY was filed 1/15/98 at $5/share with 1.35 mil new shares and 2.7 mil warrants. There are now 7,693,042 shares plus the warrants. Everything that one needs to know about IFLY can be found at edgar-online.com

Personally, I would shy away on this one Sandra.
