signed...a Renaissance reptile.......;-}

ghunk,

"signed for posterity's sake" -- I have "signed" my song for all of those succeeding generations of crocodiles that will follow.

Regarding the CROC... that is I... the Crocodile.

crocodile: (krok'‚ dil') n. 1. any of the large, thick-skinned reptiles, lizardlike in form, which constitute the genus Crocodylus (order Crocodilia ), inhabiting the waters of tropical Africa, Asia, Australia, and America. 2. any animal of the order Crocodilia including the alligators of American and the gavial of India. 3. one who makes a hypocritical show of sorrow. 4. Brit. Colloq. a file of persons, usually school girls out for a walk. [t. L: m.a. crocodilus, t. Gk.: m. krok¢deilos lizard]

Of these, 1 and 2 apply, 3 never, and 4 not in a very long time..... ;-}

a "Renaissance reptile" -- a crocodile constantly reborn and reinventing itself.

and

"I made this thing" -- Just that... written for the amusement of my fellow reptiles and fruits.
