Ken, that announcement was after the close, lets hope Monday shows the effect. I had a conversation with my broker today regarding a variety of issues. His latest GTBX information is,
1. GTBX has only 4% exposure in Asian markets, not the 7% I posted earlier.

2. GTBX is thinking of establishing direct distribution in Germany & Asia, which could lead to a 300% gain in sales in these areas (company estimate).

3. The Board of directors supposedly would not entertain offers for the company until it is trading @ $15/sh or greater.

4. The financing agreement was thought to help the stock in the tune of a $1-$2 pop in the stock price (we'll see on Monday).

5. The analyst who came out with the "attractive" rating last week apparently had a year end estimate of $.75/sh, while most other estimates were $.90-$1.21/sh. His low estimate may have spooked investors thinking he knew something regarding lower earnings. It is my understanding that he is a new analyst and was being conservative.

Another week or two and we'll know for sure. My broker is still extremely positive, I sure hope he is right. I have faith and think the down side is minimal.
