>>>You just don't get it, but I'll try one time.<<<

Sorry Dave, but I think you are the one that doesn't get it. Companies make errors all the time when trying to expand. Investing in CAtS, I consider a legitimate error, and the company will actually come out with minimal losses once the division is sold....might even have a small gain...I know because Martinez told me so.....as for the Swiss placement? So they shorted 700,000 shares...big whoop, with a float of around 15 million thats spit in the ocean......what do you think will happen when the stock of 2.7 million warrants gets sold?

As for a decision about extending the warrants? Sheer stupidity as far as I can tell, ESPECIALLY if its soley to make the holders happy....THAT is not in the best interest of the company. NOONE can convice me differently. The best interest, IMHO, would be to lower the float , release some positive news, let the earnings increase due to the reduced float, and THEN do a secondary when the price is higher.....in the meantime I would like to see a spinoff of at least the X-ray lithography so that Wall Street will cover it and draw some attention to the company....I may have been a bit hasty by saying I would sellout if the company extended the warrants, but for sure I will have to take a long hard look at what the management is trying to accomplish should that occur. Once again, I don't believe it will happen and I urge anyone interested in the companys' future to buy the stock and not the warrants............;^)
