EKS with regard to RFP I was introduced to it by Tim Stabosz when Garneau ran it when he, a fund and I both did a minority shareholder activism PR campaign against Aura Minerals in 2016. Tim Stabosz is the most successful book value contrarian investors I know of but he is a bigger risk taker than me.

I never liked the stock until Yves L and Remi L sold the paper assets at above book value knowing they were very good managers for shareholders proving the assets weren't garbage and I liked the purchase of the subsequent lumber assets at a cycle low making a lower percentage of melting ice cube. I just waited until the stock price got very low from a market sell off and the Fed started to print money and I averaged up somewhat when it was apparent lumber was going up and the stock price lagged it.

As for the LT debt they paid quite a bit of it off during Q3 and to my knowledge they repurchased 3 million shares in the open market during Q4.

I think the stock will keep its momentum going provided lumber prices hold but admittedly I have sold 10% of my position a couple days ago.
