Val: why couldn't they just do a secondary offering. They could, if they could find an underwriter willing to do it. The fact that they can't even get some interest from one of the bucket shop houses speaks volumes. There was a report from the NYC dog & pony that Crane was asking if anyone present wanted to do a deal for them. An unconventional way to find an investment banker to say the least. drakes353
