From all the gerrymandering and especially voter suppression the R's have been engaged in over the past 20 years I'm guessing they've out-cheated the D's for the most part.

But yeah, judges want evidence, not half-baked theories of statistical probabilities that ignore real-world patterns of absentee voting and when those votes are counted.
