Why do you always do this? Asking people to look up information that is very relevant to SIMO for sure, but that you ought to know yourself for that very reason! It isn't that hard to find out. NAND market share fluctuates but the top companies have remained pretty much the same even as their share goes up or down a few points every quarter. Samsung is at the top in the 30s, Toshiba is second around 20% or high teens. Sandisk/WDC is just below Toshiba so collectively they are actually higher than Samsung. Micron and Hynix fluctuate around 10-13% and Intel comes after them in mid-high single digits. The rest is specialty NAND split between small vendors like Nanya, Winbond, Powerchip etc.
