Today the stock moved up 10%, should it be the market expectation effect? Then, the good news has already been priced. Do you really believe the statement of the company's management? How many times they failed to delivered the results they promised? How many lawsuits do they get now? The last thing, the charge number has increased from 15-25 to 90MM, now actually it is 148MM. 18.5 is lower than the closing price. That means after the report is out, even the optimistic people didn't want to pay 18.875. It is not polite to call other people insane.
