Since Reagan couldn't raise taxes enough to undo his tax cuts, the debt soared every year of his presidency. Even when we had 7% growth we had soaring deficits. Again, the evidence is overwhelming. Tax cuts cause deficits especially when republicans always spend like there's no tomorrow.

Btw, Congress shouldn't have had to do anything if tax cuts balance budgets right? The fact that you're arguing and blaming Congress proves you agree with me.
