James Biden, brother and alleged business partner of Democrat presidential nominee former Vice President Joe Biden, is under federal investigation, according to a report by Politico published late Wednesday night.
The reports I have heard say the investigation is being conducted by the US Attorney's office. If that's the case, and it's not IRS, then it is a criminal investigation for sure.
