Mike, It is good to hear from you again. As far as I know the scenario that BIO is putting forth - Afraid to partner up with a large pharmaceutical company because the company would make a close copy of the drug then run away with the profits.- does not make sense to me.

What is to prevent a large pharmaceutical co. from obtaining a sample . I dentifying the contents, that must be fairly easy to do. Do a near duplication of the drug and beat BIO to the market? Doesen't it make more sense to sign iron bound confidentiality agreements which would at least give some paper trail of an intent to do business with BIO?

Can you tell me a little more about how the company is presently acheiving revenue and whether they will in fact reach positive cash flow before they run out of cash?
