Stefan,

The problem is that the ACT/IL dynamic is very likely to be sensitive to discounting. As such, I cannot reveal the process in detail to such a large public forum. Basically, any stock with a defined uptrend that accelerates on volume sets up a "predetermined" supply/demand dynamic that delineates the limits of "irrational exuberance" in that stock. The IL is a graphic representation of that dynamic (yes, it does exist) and when that dynamic is violated, all hell breaks loose to the downside very rapidly. The drop that results, much more often than not, returns the price of the stock to the trendline that sets up the IL construction. Once the stock is done reacting to IL violation, a very fast rebound to the upside ensues. An understanding of how to take advantage of the process leads to very acceptable profits in a very short time. Blinded detractors notwithstanding, this system is very real and is very simple in its application.

E-mail me at tiric@aol.com for information regarding a seminar I offer to small groups of individual investors that explains the IL/ACT in complete detail as well as other systems I have devised that offer proven results.
