Nick,
I copied the below message off Norris' web site under "Investor".
By the way, did you get a notification of this change of Policy??? I would not be upset if I have received a formal notification of the change. Question. How are they going to handle informing the shareholders when they do a "Road Show" Information that is not available to the public (shareholds) is sometime given out at those "Meetings". What type of information was given out when they placed the last round of shares/warrants? Besides being sold at a deep discount/adjustment. I could be wrong this part tho.
NEW MESSAGE TO SHAREHOLDERS ON HOTLINE
Last month, NCI introduced a new shareholder relations program to coincide with investor relation programs of similar small, high-tech, public companies.
This program was adopted on the advice of the company's investment banker and legal counsel, and is designed to disburse company information in a way that allows for all shareholders to have the same opportunities to receive information at the same time. This can only be accomplished by formalizing the company's communications with its shareholders through press releases or other published information, public forums and meetings and news revealed on its web site.
This change, of course, may be difficult for shareholders who have had extensive communications with NCI personnel in the past. However, this change is intended to benefit all of our other 4700 shareholders - many of whom had not utilized those same means of direct communication.
We are working hard to update and improve our Web site on a regular basis. You can access our site at NORRISCOMM.COM (spell it). If you need information sent to you that you can not find on our Web site, or would like the most current press releases sent to you, please leave your name, address and/or fax number after this message. Or please feel free to e-mail your information requests to investor@norriscomm.com
Thank you.
