Salazar, It is my understanding that SiGe is much further along than many think. Having said that it is still a 2000-2001 technology. And even then GaAs still provides certain advantages over SiGe - though cost is a definite disadvantage which will need to come down for it to survive long term. BTW, IMHO VTSS will take a hit shortly. Just one man's spin....SemiBull
