Woody_Nickels,

First computer I worked on was an IBM 360.
  1. Memory was Core Memory
  2. Input was via Hollerith Cards for both the OS and Application
  3. Ouput was via a type writer.
1st PC was a Tandy (Radio Shack) 8088. It had two 5.25 floppy disk. I ramped it up to 640K RAM the max memory in those days. Why would anyone need more?
2nd PC was an Intel 80286 Windows started with this model. (40 MB Hard Drive)
3rd PC was an Intel 80386
4th PC was an Intel 80486
5th PC was an Intel Pendant
And so on...gg

Also owned the first generation and the top of the line Power Mac when they first came out in 1994, Motorola processors. Very expensive compared to now. Came with a 300 MB Hard Drive. An extra meg of RAM cost more than a new PC workstation now days.

Regards,
LG
