Even though all three rulings were lumped together, it's too soon to know, until they each show how they rule in a contested situation. They might have decided after knowing the others were 2-4, and there was a path to the real count(s) Saturday to Monday to January that let them work with the group of 6 and not yet make the ultimate decision. All three are positioning themselves for 20+ more years.

Rather than make it 5-4 and contentious, with maturity within the 3, it is possible they saw patience as a virtue. We'll know better not on Monday 12/14, although that is possible. But later.

The more we go past 12/14 without a candidate at 270, the better.
