1) Hycroft Mining (HYMC in the US), mine located in Nevada. John Paulson, billionaire hedge fund manager, initiated a position in HYMC during Q3.

2) Hycroft began mining operations this year, don't believe that they have declared commercial production yet. Appears there was a major technical issue with 1st leach pad. Seems to be operational error.

Alderley Technology is probably utilized by operators of a non-public company.

At PDAC Randy implied that this technology, if it worked, would be a game changer for Metates and other similar deposits. However, I left with the impression that a mid-tier or major would still be the builder of the mine. I was considering a CAPEX reduction in the $1 billion range whereas the Alderley methodology is hinting at an initial of CAPEX of less than $500 million before infrastructure (power, water). Hycroft feasibility study estimated CAPEX at approx $250 million.

FL Smidth has also developed a Rapid Oxidative Leach. I posted links a while back.
