Here are some quotes in which the companies are claiming to be the 'bestest' Flaunting an attribute is very different than claiming to be the best, e.g. claiming that a cereal has the most arsenic is not a claim for that cereal to be the best. Best can only be judged by a consumer, based on their specific needs. No one doubts that companies brag about their products, but this is very different from a claim to be the best.
