I don't quite understand, you said "He also told me that if the seller can not borrow those shares, the seller will need to cover it in three days, and we could expect a short sqeeze next week."

How can he short a stock if he couldn't borrow it in the first place? I thought a squeeze only occurs if currently borrowed shares are then demanded by (1) shifting of the shares to cash account or (2) selling/removal of those shares?
