Bob, thanks-that was the deepest analysis of Biden's proposed plan that I have seen. What I got from the quote I provided was that there may be some aspects of the plan (like most plans) that may have benefits-whether those occur or even have a chance of occurring, remain to be seen. Always looking for alternatives I may have missed, hoping for the optimistic outcome. But since the debate is so polarizing, I now leave the floor to those who wish to discuss it further. Back to lurker mode.
