Assuming Hycroft would have licensed the Aldersly tech... chesapeake may be in line to collect a royalty for the use of its technology from Hycroft.... Only the lawyers know the details of the deal so I am talking through my hat here. These are questions that must be resolved. It may be the patent holders if it turns out not to be chesapeake have a licensing arrangement with hycroft... how would i know..
