Yes, they saw the same intelligence but it was classified so they couldn't expose the lies Bush was telling without using that classified intelligence and breaking the law. Bush was willing to lie us into war and his party didn't care. That left Democrats either supporting a war based on lies going against it and NOT being able to use the intelligence to prove he was lying (and lose reelection). In the end, the truth came out and Bush lied. Republicans voted for him again. This is why I think blaming Trump for our divide is silly. That party has been full of habitual liars for a very long time (since at least Reagan).
