Why is Trump behaving like a totalitarian communist?
Because a totalitarian communist is giving him his orders. Don the Con is trapped between a rock and a hard place. Putin is pulling his strings, always has been, and has ordered him to:

But now donny has a new problem; he lost re-election.
This is a disaster for him on many fronts. Putin is pissed, Deutsche Bank is ready to collect on his 300 million in debt, and the Manhattan DA is like a doberman ready to be set off the leash. His entire family is implicated in his crimes, like tax fraud, charity fraud, insurance fraud, everywhere a fraud fraud…
So don is doing what any little brain is doing - panicking and lashing out like a drowning man. He knows the party’s over, and he’s blocking any attempt to make him concede, because:
He is fundraising to pay down his debt and for legal fees; if he concedes, the money flow stops If he gives Biden access, his many crimes are now bare for Joe to see, and the whole criminal scheme starts to unravel. So what we are seeing is the end of an illegitimate presidency of a very small man trying to fill the biggest shoes in the world. The flailing of an uneducated idiot who has no idea what’s in the Constitution, never mind upholding it. A man who, because of his massive lack of education, has no idea how to govern, no knowledge of history, economics, science, or any other subject that we’ve desperately needed for 3 years.
