Unfortunately, much of the CoViD related stuff is politicized and kind of screwy. Most, of the time, however, “party line” - aka standard of care - is not a bad thing. It will tend to be the best approach to a problem.

I doubt there will be any obligatory party lines with regard to this vaccine. I’d expect, the doc would answer your concerns honestly and the best he can.
