The reason I feel that way is that something that moves that far that fast ordinarily does not continue. So I am going to try to remain resigned to a lot of ups and downs. There are times when it takes five years for a market to make a 50% move.

I am not going to get out because I think the longer term prospects for Korea and its currency are promising.

Congratulations on your judgment in getting in when you did. I would have been into MAKOX a good bit sooner but my broker doesn't handle it, so I waited for them to send me an application form. Ordinarily such a delay does not matter much, but I do wish I had done things with faxes and wires instead of letters and checks. I missed about 15% of the move.

If my holding of MAKOX were in an IRA I might be more tempted to trade rather than hold despite the redemption fee. But the tax consequences of too much trading are grievous to figure out.

Let's hope we continue to enjoy a ride upward.
