>ANAD's RS was in a column of O's and the last signal was a sell signal.
RS gives two pieces of information: (1) The most recent signal, BUY or SELL; and, (2) the current column, X's or O's. At times these two are in sync, but often, there is a conflict, where the current column is at odds with the most recent signal.
It seems, at least on the philosophical level, that where there is a conflict, the status of the current column should carry additional weight, insofar as it would be indictative of performance relative to the market, NOW.
