Where does the new European agreement say that they are going to use Qualcomm patents? I must have missed it. Just because they are using CDMA does not mean that they have to use Qualcomm's patents. In fact these companies have a tendency to be litigious, so I would expect that even if they end up having to use one or more Qualcomm patents they will file suit to invalidate the patent before they settle. Why does everyone else think otherwise? Is there some press release that I missed? Clark
