So I was just reading the Navarro report on the election. From that, it says that Trump and associated lawyers have brought over 50 election lawsuits with over 4,000 affidavits, including proof of fraud from videos, photos, eyewitness testimony under oath, and forensic evidence from Dominion servers. Out of all those lawsuits, NOT A SINGLE ONE has been allowed to make it to the evidentiary hearing stage of the suit. In other words, all of the judges involved, both Democrat and Republican, have denied, vacated, or refused to hear the cases based on claimed lack of standing or other technicalities, SO THEY NEVER GOT TO HEAR THE EVIDENCE. Only Thomas and Alito understood the problem with this and said so.
The handling of this election court process is itself a crime of gigantic proportions, given that if our system of justice back in 2000 that handled Gore and Bush was still in effect, Trump would have won most of these lawsuits easily on the evidence.
Another point, if none of these cases have "standing", then that means the President, States, and people who voted, all have no standing to contest election results. So if no one in the USA has standing to contest a fraudulent election, I have to ask, who does have standing if no American Citizen has standing? Maybe these damned traitor judges think only China and Russia have standing and the Communist Jio Bai Den crime family have standing.
When no citizen of the USA has standing in our own elections, then the people in government and power are broadcasting to their citizens a very clear message: we are your tyrannical overlords. So then we have to go back to the Declaration of Independence and remember what the remedy for tyranny is. Hang em all and hang em high. A government that turns on its people has lost the legitimacy to represent the people. So we must institute a new government that will be accountable to the people. |
