Here is something along the line of what The Brink talks about. I've charted semicaps (semiconductor capital equipment stocks) vs Intel back to Oct 1995. The graph is at suite101.com

To me, it now looks like Intel might be recovering to go after its record highs in the reasonable future. Bob saw this strength before last weeks show and bought in again. My hunch is the semicaps are now ready to follow as early strength in the leader, AMAT, has already shown up. There might be some bouncing still for the weaker stocks like UTEK, but it seems that they could follow. I'm not much of a TA person, but the chart I created is certainly interesting.
