<< SBH ends talks with AHP regarding merger. Wonder why...>> "Wonder why" is a very good question. Of course proposed mergers fall through everyday, and the bigger they are...the easier they fall. "Wonder why" is even a better question to ask as to why SBH even invested the time & money of opening up merger discussions with AHP in the first place......... P.S.
