1/ "Kushner helped create a Trump campaign shell company that secretly paid the president's family members and spent $617 million in reelection cash. Kushner directed Lara Trump, Pence's nephew John Pence and Trump campaign CFO Sean Dollman to serve on the shell company's board."

@SethAbramson

2/ "American Made Media Consultants became the source of consternation for Trump's campaign staff, who were kept in the dark about its operations. Despite its $617m spending through AMMC, Trump's campaign publicly disclosed little info about AMMC—including how it used the money."

3/ "Kushner approved the creation of a shell company that spent almost half of the Trump campaign's $1.26B war chest, a person familiar with the operation told us exclusively." Why... the *hell*... was HALF a presidential campaign's ten-figure war chest put in a SHELL COMPANY?

4/ "Kushner's [secret AMMC] operation acted almost like a campaign within a campaign. It paid some of Trump's top advisors and family members while shielding financial and operational details from public scrutiny."

5/ "The shell company let Trump's campaign skirt federally mandated disclosures. The tactic could attract scrutiny from federal election regulators. For months, some of Trump's top advisors and campaign staff have told Insider they had no idea how the shell company functioned."

PS/ You can read the rest at the Insider—but the upshot is we now have a good guess at why Brad Parscale was fired and why they're scared of him talking. He was conducting an audit into the half of the Trump campaign cash Jared secreted in a dodgy shell corp to enrich the family.

PS2/ It's important that people understand that what Jared Kushner was paying the Trump family with—through a secret shell corporation—was *campaign money*. This was money given by small donors who believed in Trump—only to see their money go out the back door in a massive grift.

PS3/ This also appears to render it an absolute certainty that Jared Kushner will receive one of his father's preemptive pardons—but also that this pardon will be an overt attempt to shield the entire family from criminal liability for the largest political wire fraud in history.
