After all is said and done SBR is not going to fool anyone. Remember the text contained in the last paragraph of the initial press relaase. It reads "The calculations prepared in accordance with the judge's rulilng will be referred to a court-appointed referee for final determination of each partner's interest in the Glimmer mine."
