I do get that you are legally and mathematically correct. My meaning is more that as Potus Biden makes his policies, calls the tunes, and what not, there would be ex-Potus Trump quite vocal, supported by 70M as vocal folks, if not in voice then in thought, singing a different tune. Then there are the spoilers in the house and the equal or majority folks in the senate happy to be led by one who is supported by 70M folks, singing a different tune. This state of arrangement would be the expression of 'Trump hasn't lost', and not ideal for nation running. Here is where emerging market nations have some experience in efficacious countermeasures Unclear how Team USA would do as am not aware that Team USA had undergone such a state before - I might be mistaken here.
