John: As QWST capacity of dark fiber is eventually absorbed QWST services will become more and more relevant. You simply cannot ignore the type of management this company has been hiring and think that QWST is only concerned with laying down fiber and selling cheap capacity. There's a lot more to future-QWST then past-QWST and their strategic alliances are spelling out the story in no uncertain terms.

I don't mean to bear down on you, but your last several postings abruptly shifted from optimistic to decidedly bearish since November with no explanation. Meanwhile the QWST story gets better and better.
