Why do you think it unlikely? Well of course the roaring 2020's will not be the same - but seems like a similar period of good times could easily happen. People have this pent up demand to ........well, to party. People are flush with cash as savings accounts expand. People are awash with savings. Okay, maybe not a return of Jazz but a general feeling of euphoria?
