Dear Investors, I have recently heard about this company from those that live in that area. I am no longer from NM but I guess this one is being rumored about out in the Southwest. I am having trouble finding significant information on this company. I was wondering if any of you can help by answering some or any of my questions: (1) What financial information is available on the company. I can not find any Edgars 10Q or 10K. I assume this is OTC BB stock company that is non reporting, is this true? (2) When does MHTX plan to become a reporting company with audited financial results? (3) Do they have any long term debt? (4) Are they currently generating revneues? (5) What is their marketing strategy for this new superior battery and what are there other products? when is the company to start generating revenue? (6) Where do they manufacture their products and how much can they produce in a year? (7) Do they have an investor relations contact if so what is his name and number? (8) Does anyone know anyone in the company? If so has the president or any of the board ever been involved in problems with the SEC? (9) What is their business plan and when will they generate a positive balance sheet? (10) Has anyone visited the business? Where is it? Will they give you a tour? (11) What is the single driver that makes now the time to invest in this stock? If they are not even in production it will have a long way to go. (12) How many shares have been authorizes? How many shares are outstanding? How many shares are in the float? (13) How many shares does the president or CEO own? (14) How much cash on hand? How will they generate more cash for operations will they continue to dilute the stock or will they get loans for financing. Maybe they have revenues already that are providing operating cash? I did not read every message above but without answers to all of these questions, I don't know how any one can invest in a stock. Possibly many of you have already done your Due Deligence on this stock. I would be glad to help out but need to get some contacts or find someone that has a connection to the company so that we can get some of these items on the table. Does anyone live in NM near Los Alamos or Santa Fe (Which city is the business located?). Can someone visit them and verify some things. Interesting technology but what about the management team and the business plan and financial position? Let me know if any of you can help, Thanks, Eric
