as scott adams has said numerous times, if you are a young black, don't do drugs/alcohol, finish HS, don't get pregnant....you don't even need a college degree (though it helps)....corporate america would like nothing better than to hire blacks because 'diversity'...people are falling over themselves to hire you

blacks are truly today's hot house flowers and i truly hope they take advantage this, at least the smart ones are
