Offie and Everyone,

Bernard is supposed to be sending me the full details on the 504 pp.
I will post them here after I receive them. At this point he told me
that they would let 1 million go at 25 cents so I imagine it will be
first come first serve as I don't feel they will have any problem
getting it filled. 250,000 will easily take them into 1999. Once I
post it here I would like anyone interested to email me letting me
know how much you would like and I will then forward it all to Bernard
and he will then instruct you from that point. Remember the minimum
amount is 5,000 which is quite low for most pp's. But frankly what I
particularly like about this company is their regard and appreciation towards the smaller investor like most of us here. Many
companies offer pp's and they have minimums of 25,000 and usually only insiders and larger investors are the main parties participating. Also if any of you would like to have to pass out to any of your friends or business associates an investor packet then
email Jessica at jm@stayhealthy.com with the names of people who might
like one and your address so that enables you to give someone a packet
personally. I have had her busy lately sending out some to people that I know away from my area and especially doctors and pharmacists
that I have done business with. I can't strees enough to all of you
here that the more we do for AVAL the greater the reward later on.
Use this weekend as a time to spread the word about this company.
