True, If the RS had previously been in a column of O's and the last signal was a sell signal but it had recently reversed up into a column of X's; we could assume that the stock was positioning itself to outperform or perform better than what it had. But that was not the case. As a general rule it is very risky to buy a stock when the RS is is a column of O's. Usually we mark such an action for traders/bottom fishers only. Reversely, if you were wanting to short a stock, this would be one of the indicators you would look for, RS in a column of O's. I imagine from the recent movement in ANAD, we will see a breakdown of the RS signal. I expect there might be another O added to the stack. All the best, Jan
