IMO what this implies is "cash rich" semi-equip co such as AMAT may not be affected if they choose to bankroll some of these firms...consignments, credit extensions, etc. But, not all semi-equip are sitting on alot of cash right now, and not many may even be willing to gamble...we'll see.
