At my last annual, he decided to change one of my BP meds.

I consider my Hypertension to be my biggest mortality risk. I was over medicated with BP meds and now take by BP four times a day and adjust my intake to keep me in the 125/70 range. How Doctors get by with adjusting BP meds so few times is beyond me.

I have been with Kaiser now for 15 years. No monthly charge, Medicare covers that. I pay ten bucks copay, three bucks for a 90 day supply of mailed to me normal drugs and ten bucks for higher priced ones.
