An interesting point, to be sure! My question is how Boppin' Bill gets the 'creative' effort to flow so hard from his employees that many 'burn' out after several years. Up here in MSFT land there are a bunch of small companies started by, and staffed with ex-MSFT employees. However he does it, I wish him continued success! It makes my stock go up, and my tasks easier! :) Ken
