What has happened in the American election in those 5 or 6 swing states under Democratic Party is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The FRAUD that they perpetrated has been shown to be so BLATANTLY OBVIOUS, most especially in Pennsylvania where the 'Judiciary' allowed Voting Rules to be changed CONTRARY TO ARTICLE 2, SECTION 1, CLAUSE 2 of the Federal Constitution.
What was Illegal in Pennsylvania only 7 or 8 months ago was made "legal" for 2020 by those WHO DID NOT HAVE THE POWER TO DO SO, as Voting Rules can only be changed by THE STATE LEGISLATURE,
....... and neither the Judges or the Supreme Court of a State are part of the "LEGISLATURE", yet they were the ones who "changed the Rules of Voting" !!!
A State's Legislature consists of .....
And what makes matters even worse is the Fact that the US Supreme Court did not even want to hear a case brought before them for their Opinion and Ruling regarding the UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIONS OF SEVERAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY CONTROLLED STATES based on the above.
It was ONLY Justices Alito and Thomas who were prepared to interrogate it.
And Americans must now also realize, because their Supreme Court were not willing to hear the case and make a ruling, that, in future, BIASED JUDGES AND COURTS can now go ahead and change the Voting Rules in their State as they want them to be WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ART.2, SECT.1, CL.2 OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, because a precedent has now been set. |
